JENNY LORISTON CLARKE AND OLIVER TOWNEND
January 20th, 2012We are delighted to have Jenny and Oliver with us for SSGB 2012.
On Saturday Jenny will be on board herself to do a demo as well as giving a masterclass on 2 younger horses.
On Sunday Oliver will be giving a demo on one of his event horses.
Many thenks go to both these world class riders for sharing their knowledge with us.

January 9th, 2012Entries are still open for stallions on both days. Stallions that are dual purpose are welcome to showcase on both days. And don’t forget Progeny are more than welcome.
One of ny own equestrian heroes in the form of Jennie Loriston Clark is generously doing a masterclass on the Saturday, definetley not to missed!
World class eventer Ollie Townend is our guest demo rider on Sunday the 5th February, we should be in for an amusing and Informative demo!
Payments for Stallion entries, loose jumping and trade stands can be paid by Bacs bank transfer or cheque. Bacs details are on the rules page, item no 12.
Day and weekend tickets can be paid for by Bacs bank transfer, Paypal or cheque.
SSGB 2012.
October 31st, 2011Saturday and Sunday 4th and 5th February 2012, at Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, Bucks.
Dressage [and natives if demand is there!] on Saturday, Jumping and Eventing stallions on Sunday.
Demonstrations on both days, trade stands available.
Loose Jumping competition for 3 and 4 year olds on Sunday morning, this will be open to mares, gelding and stallions of any breed. First prize of £1000.00 place money to 6th. Please see loose jumping page for full details.

February 3rd, 2011A cracking weekend was had!
I’d like to thank all of you who supported us, the stallion owners, the trade stand holders and of course the mare owners. William, Pippa, Fiona and Shane made the demo’s informative and comical, brilliant! Also many thanks to all at Addington for their help and to my family and friends who worked ridiculously hard to run this fabulous event. And the auction raised over £12,000 for Help 4 Heroes, you are all superstars. Roll on 2012 SSGB!

SILENT AUCTION
January 29th, 2011We are holding a silent auction over the SSGB weekend. ALL proceeds go to the Help for Heroes charity.
Many stallion owners have very kindly donated coverings for their stallions and we have numerous other items too, including web design, saddlery goods and clothing. As soon as the list is done I will post it here. ******Auction lots are now listed under entries******
Silent Auction explained, you will need to fill in a bidding slip at the SSGB with name of auction lot, amount you are bidding and your details, and post slip into a locked voting box. The winners are those with the highest bid on each lot, a cheque is then written for that amount direct to the charity. And we will notify the donator that the bid has been honoured.

January 10th, 2011Welcome to the Stallion Showcase GB website. One of the most exciting events of the 2011 breeding season.
Entry deadline is this Friday the 21st January at 12 noon. The timetable will be worked out and posted here as soon as possible afterwards!
Here is what we offer you.
If you own a Stallion – £200.00 entry gets you:
- Entry for the showcase on your day of choice.
- Full page colour advert in a quality colour breeding book including all stud details.
- Listing and picture on website with web address.
- Facebook promotion.
- Link for your stallion to Stallion Showcase GB channel on “you tube”
- DVD played on a giant screen whilst you are in arena.
- A dedicated area for stud cards to be available for mare owners.
- Stable for the day so the mare owners can come and meet you, chat and see the stallion for conformation.
- Commentary given during your show.
- Stallion name in running programme. [Extra to breeding book]
- Up to 2 progeny can be shown for £25.00 each.
- Captive audience.
- Entry to be able to watch demonstration by World Class riders.
If you book a trade stand: £300.00 or £550.00
- Trade stand marquee supplied for you [for 3m x 3m stands].
- Trade stands situated in the arena, so you can watch the showcase too!
- Clients can walk around trade stands while the showcase is in progress.
- You also get to watch the demonstrations.
- Links on website.
- Name & Address details printed in breeding book.
Advertising pages can be bought for the breeding book at £300 full page, £175 for half page.
Banner space can be purchased to go around the showcase arena at £25 per banner.
Public: £10.00 per day or £16.00 for 2 day ticket

December 14th, 2010H&C TV have confirmed they will be attending the SSGB, they will be filming stallions to make a commercial for a special promotion they are running on Sky channel 280 from February to April. full details here:
